Reporting Work-Related Injuries, Incidents and Hazards

OHS & Workers Compensation has developed a Hazard and Incident Reporting and Investigation Procedure which sets out the procedure for reporting all hazards and incidents. The Procedure also assists with the investigation process to analyse the causes of incidents and facilitate corrective action being taken.

If you suffer a work related injury or illness please report it to your supervisor as soon as possible.
